This policy explains what personal information Craftsmith Studio collects through this website, why, and what choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect what you send us through the contact and support forms: your name, email address and the details you write in the form (for example your company, store URL or project description). We also receive your IP address when you submit a form, which we use briefly to block spam.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and provide the support or services you ask for.
- To prepare proposals and, if we work together, to run the project.
- To protect the forms from abuse (rate limiting by IP address for one hour).
We don’t sell your information, we don’t add you to newsletters without asking, and we don’t use it for advertising. The legal basis is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Cookies and analytics
This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress sets technical cookies only for people who sign in to manage the site.
Where it’s stored and for how long
Form messages are delivered to our business email, hosted by our hosting provider. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows, then delete it within two years unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example invoices).
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email us at support@craftsmithstudio.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
